Payment Policy

The Training Advisor's Payment Policy

Forms of Payment

The Training Advisors must receive a completed enrollment form before we can register a student in a class. The Training Advisors accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards: The Training Advisors accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
  • Wire Transfer: Information provided upon request
  • Purchase Orders: The Training Advisors accept Purchase Orders. Purchase Orders must be faxed to the Training Advisors and approved by the Training Advisors Accounting Department.
  • ULP: If your organization has prepaid credit with a Universal Learning Pass, you may enroll for a class using your ULP number. ULP students are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

All payments for classes must be received by the Training Advisors prior to the class start date. If payment has not been received by the deadline, The Training Advisors reserve the right to cancel the registration.
